What’s your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds once an order enters production. However, if your item hasn’t shipped and we miss the 3–5 week window, you’re eligible for a refund.

How secure is my order?

Every order is placed through an SSL-secured checkout page. Your credit card details are encrypted and processed directly by our payment provider. We do not store your card information on our servers.

How do I change my account password?

How can I track my order?

Shipping takes 3 to 5 weeks. Once your item ships, we’ll email you a tracking number and link to track your package.

Do I have to create an account?

No, you don't have to create an account. However, we strongly recommend that you create an account so that you can take advantage of the various benefits it offers. For example, you will be able to access your account easily the next time you visit us, and you will also be able to get personalized recommendations and services tailored to your needs. What happens if I enter the wrong address for my order?


Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase. If you enter an incorrect address (domestic or international) and the package is delivered to that address, no refund or replacement will be issued.

We are not responsible for packages lost or returned due to address errors made by the customer.

What if my international order gets held for taxes or import fees?


International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees required by their country. If you refuse to pay these charges or fail to collect your package, the item will not be refunded or resent.

We do not cover costs related to customs delays or rejected shipments.
